Actor Kedrick Brown has signed with New York-based Carson-Adler Agency. Brown can be seen in the award-winning feature film “Homebound” currently being screened across the country where his portrayal of Freddy C has been described by its director as authentic, endearing and sweet as molasses.
Brown earned his B.A. in theater from the University of North Texas and trained in the University of Houston’s M.F.A. program with a focus in acting. His film credits include “God and Country," “Czech Beautiful” and “Friday Night Lights.” Brown’s theater credits include “Love & Fire,” “Katrina: The Bridge,” and “There Is One In Every Family” and he has landed principal appearances in a variety of national and international commercials for popular brands such as Footlocker, American Express, Fuddruckers, Academy Sports, Heineken and Blair Underwood’s BU Collection.
A gifted dancer and choreographer, Brown performs a Michael Jackson tribute show entitled, “MJ: The Live Experience” and oversees all of the show’s creative elements including choreography, set design and lighting. He also performs tribute impersonations as soul music icons James Brown and Jackie Wilson.
Brown resides in Houston, Texas, and continues to be managed by Sabrina Russ at The Russ Agency.
