Katherine Heigl instead of Halle Berry?

In a strange turn of events the very blonde, very quirky, and youthful Katherine Heigl with be replacing the brunette, drama-filled Halle Berry in the upcoming film ‘New Years Eve’. Although the reason are not clear the new Garry Marshall film seems to be acquiring stars last minute, with Josh Duhamel signing on just last week with a schedule to start shooting in February.
