Another Saw sequel, although this time in 3D, follows the same horror guidelines as all the following in the series. It seems the recipe requires too many plots linked together thru flashbacks, intercepting character situations, and bloody gore. More and more it seems that the only requirement for a ‘good’ horror film is repulsive torture and death scenes. The audience is meant to be believe the character’s poorly realized revelations. I’m am sure ’Saw 3D’ will do well at the box office. This is a film for Saw followers and really no one else.
