“Expendables” Takes the Weekend Box Office

Sylvester Stallone has done it again with a man’s movie, taking this weekend’s box office. With the testosterone filled “Expendables” pitted against the emotional “Eat Pray Love” it’s not a big surprise that Sly won, grossing more than $10 million more opening weekend. It seems that Stallone’s comebacks will never end. This one, however, takes the cake. With a cast featuring the who’s who of big name action heroes, including a cameo by the Governator (leaving this reporter wondering why he was ‘acting’ and not governing), the audience will leave the theater feeling totally fulfilled; men loving the pyrotechnics and gore and women loving the exposed bulging muscles, having refilled their repertoire for fantasies.
